QSIdb includes easy browsing facility for the reported and expanded QSIMs. Browsing is divided in two-tiers that are based on the reported QSIMs and the expanded QSIMs. Users can browse the 633 reported QSIMs and 73,073 expanded QSIMs by the molecular type of ligands and the typical receptor proteins, respectively.
