QSIdb includes “SEARCH” and “EXPAND” searching facilities for the reported and expanded QSIMs, respectively. In this search option, query box is provided in which user can enter the query on the basis of PubChem ID, SMILES and molecular type of ligands or the typical receptor proteins for the searching of the 633 reported QSIMs.
